Rate Information	Each additional person add $8 per day. Children 12 and under FREE. Sorry no pets.
Reservation deposits	A $100 deposit is required to confirm reservations. Personal Checks may be accepted for reservation deposit ONLY.
Refunds	Upon 30 days notice, full refund less, $10 service charge. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund of deposit. No refund for early departure.
